In 2020, HSLC founded the HSLC Heroes Volunteer Award to honor exemplary and committed volunteers who have gone above and beyond in serving our mission of saving animals. The HSLC Heroes Volunteer Award includes an award presentation attended by the HSLC Board of Directors, a certificate, and a modest gift.
