Loudoun Pet Pantry

The Loudoun Pet Pantry is a partnership between:

  • The Humane Society of Loudoun County
  • Loudoun County Animal Services
  • Loudoun Hunger Relief

The Loudoun Pet Pantry accepts all brands of unexpired, unopened, nonprescription cat and dog food. To help volunteers create kits that will be distributed to families in need, those interested in donating are asked to contribute bags of dry food between 3 and 10 pounds and canned food. (Items not meeting the LPP criteria are appreciated and will be distributed to other organizations helping animals.)

At this time Beneful dry dog food is under a class-action lawsuit with claims that it is harmful to dogs. Although this is unproven we feel obligated to not pass along this food to pet owners.

Individuals who want to help can drop off donations to one of several locations in Loudoun County.
See Donation Box Locations
Please contact the locations for drop-off hours.
